The moon does not make its own light. It receives the sun's, and reflects it on a schedule. Every phase is a position on the swing. Once you can learn how to work with that — instead of fighting it — you're in a whole other ball game.
The swing will come back.
Working hypothesis Your energy swings. Your focus swings. Your luck, if you want to call it that, swings. Rhythm is the law that says the swing will come back. The work is moving with it — not against it.
A high and a low, one energy.
Everything is connected. Everything is a high and a low — the opposite ends of the spectrum, all part of the same energy.
When you can hold both poles as one energy, you start to find the center point in all of it. And this is when you find peace inside of any situation.
Where it fits in the seven.
Working hypothesis This is why I believe the pyramids were built in a triangle format. The trinity — Mentalism, Vibration, Correspondence — is a triangle. As you create that triangulation, a square sits on a square base — and that creates the balance.
The triangle is the mind, the spirit, and the tuning. The square is the material world — the four material laws. When the triangle stands on the square, that is a construct of true alchemy in our reality.

For the next month, check the moon at one meal a day. Write one line per phase. Time your heavy creative work to the waxing; time your rest, your clearing, your closing, to the waning.
The swing is not optional. Working with it is the entire ball game.
Use it in the situation
When a situation polarizes you — when you are certain it is good or bad, righteous or not — name the two poles out loud. Now find the center point between them.
It is not compromise. Compromise is between two people. The center is inside the energy itself. Sit in the center — and watch the peace arrive. That is the lens.

Stand up. Feet flat on the floor — that is your square base: the material world, the four directions, the ground.

Now breathe in and hold the triangle: name the one mind — the Father, the apex. Feel the hum — the Holy Spirit, the feminine, the base of the triangle. Point the needle inward — correspondence, the tuning.
Hold all three at once for sixty seconds. That is the stable structure. Build it every morning — and the material world below it stops fighting you.
Move with the swing.
